On abelian versions of critical factorization theorem
In the paper we study abelian versions of the Critical Factorization Theorem. We investigate both similarities and differences between the abelian powers and the usual powers. The results we obtained show that the constraints for abelian powers implying periodicity should be quite strong, but still natural analogies exist. 1991 Mathematics Subject Classification. 68R15.
متن کاملExtension of Krull's intersection theorem for fuzzy module
In this article we introduce $mu$-filtered fuzzy module with a family of fuzzy submodules. It shows the relation between $mu$-filtered fuzzy modules and crisp filtered modules by level sets. We investigate fuzzy topology on the $mu$-filtered fuzzy module and apply that to introduce fuzzy completion. Finally we extend Krull's intersection theorem of fuzzy ideals by using concept $mu$-adic comp...
متن کاملSymmetric Versions of Laman's Theorem
Recent work has shown that if an isostatic bar and joint framework possesses non-trivial symmetries, then it must satisfy some very simply stated restrictions on the number of joints and bars that are ‘fixed’ by various symmetry operations of the framework. For the group C3 which describes 3-fold rotational symmetry in the plane, we verify the conjecture proposed in [4] that these restrictions ...
متن کاملOn Krull’s Intersection Theorem of Fuzzy Ideals
We deal with Krull’s intersection theorem on the ideals of a commutative Noetherian ring in the fuzzy setting. We first characterise products of finitely generated fuzzy ideals in terms of fuzzy points. Then, we study the question of uniqueness and existence of primary decompositions of fuzzy ideals. Finally, we use such decompositions and a form of Nakayama’s lemma to prove the Krull intersect...
متن کاملThe Krull Intersection Theorem
Let R be a commutative ring, / an ideal in R, and A an i?-module. We always have 0 £= 0 £ I(\~=1 I A £ f|ϊ=i JM. where S is the multiplicatively closed set {1 — i\ie 1} and 0 = 0s Π A = {α G A13S 6 S 3 sα = 0}. It is of interest to know when some containment can be replaced by equality. The Krull intersection theorem states that for R Noetherian and A finitely generated I Π*=i I A = Π~=i IA. Si...
